No objection to repairs but serious concerns about loss of historic fabric in creation of an extension to provide additional toilet/shower facilities including the proposed access to 1st floor bathroom which is not detailed. The extension would also compromise the rear elevation of this GII* house. We query the need for this additional accommodation. Must be referred to the HBA.
